I ran 20mm all around with no issues... There was enough space in the rear to run a 25mm or even a 30mm spacer.

Looks good and clean! I, too, have the X4600BT. I just need to sit down and install it. Thanks for the 1/4" spacer advice!

As per RonRizz you will get the best sound when levels are matched but it sounds like you're in the ballpark. If you are getting enough volume and distortion is low, it may not be worth messing with....

yah, maybe HU's have improved over the years for HD radio, i donno. but pandora is better anyway since i have unlimited data plan on my droid. :D and with the pioneers, the audio even through BT...
