I would guess tire clearance would be an issue long before suspension would hinder you. The bodies are threaded to allow adjustment without changing suspension travel and you can lower the spring...

Yes it's water. If u look at the pictures of the individual wheels you can see the beads of water clearly, can't tell with the picture of all four when standing farther back. All I have to take pics...
