Look up 73draggy on YouTube. He built his VR38 engine from a rejected/recalled long block. It's pretty neat with his attention to detail... almost OCD! I'd like to slowly build something like this on the side one day. It won't be anything too crazy - maybe a Stage 1 which can handle 600 whp or so.

Ok the car is done and a very safe tune was added by vsr I made a little less hp do to my lower compression but thats fine 523 /460@ the wheel at 10 psi with just 17 deg. Of timming Thats up...

Resurrect much? Agreed on street tires, but that can be mitigated with proper setup and modulation of the feet..............

0-60 is not going to be a dramatic difference from stock. There's only so much traction to be had. It's not going to have the same push in the back of a 427 like the Z06, but that's to be expected....

So a "Stock" car, Just HFC's made 291WHP?? Does that sound high to anyone other than me. Considering a full stock car makes 265-270 WHP
