If you look at page 26 of the PCS section of the service manual you'll see the schematic of the IPDM E/R (module next to the battery). It is indeed a 10A fuse location #48. This feeds the steering...

The car starts and shuts off just like normal but of course you lose the lock. That fuse is only for the lock I wouldn't post it if I didn't try it on Dai's car first.
