took me about a year.... i even harassed my contacts in japan to beg TOP SECRET to make me one... TOP SECRET agreed and even got my hopes up and crushed it.... :shakes head: they agreed to produce it for an extra $500 bucks but when they "lost the schematics" all that went out the window.... :( they said no we wont make it again

dude speaking as an electrician chances are the brushes for the motor in the dremel/grinders is not going to be an off the shelf item at HD. You will most likely just need to buy a new dremel :ugh2:

y pipe review sounds awesome. titanium exhaust FTW  :yum:

you were correct i had to buy a new dremel..... :( i was suppose to to the cutting on the other side of the varis tonight but i got off late... the good news is i took my z out today and the side that was cut was a success it didnt get wet... the open side though however :shakes head: i had to run out during the heavy rain to pop my hood and cover my other maf sensor with a trash bag (since they are pointing straight up) not kool... ill try to make the cut tomorrow... my dad is leaving in about a week i believe so i should be able to have my machinist fab that adapter bracket  im also gonna have him machine me a finishing spacer for my top secret knob... ;)

simota1 09-15-2013 05:54 AM

anyone know where i can get this light switch? i only want the switch and not the harness...

http://www.the370z.com/attachments/a...ng-harness.jpg

GaleForce 09-15-2013 07:11 AM

I looked for that switch, couldn't find it. I ended up buying the kit. :ugh2:

LMBmikeZ 09-15-2013 07:58 AM

what are you planning on using the switch for? your custom LEDs?

you could go for the JDM or Canadian turnsignal stock it has a fog light switch you could use instead and would keep everything very clean :ugh2: :twocents:

Ya I think so.....

I may be able to help you out....I will PM you.

simota1 09-18-2013 03:10 AM

well i just pulled the trigger on some ganador mirrors non signal version... they are fully powered so im pretty excited... they are also convex like the craftsquares so i should say farewell to the blind spots on these boat mirrors... they should be here next week... only bad side to them they only come in carbon paint (printed carbon with paint) OR gray color.... i went ahead and got the carbon... if its super ugly ill paint it black or send it to CFE and have him wrap it.... we will see....

Kingbaby 09-18-2013 04:00 AM

Where do you get them from?

simota1 09-19-2013 11:05 AM

well it really feels like i shot myself in the foot with this one... but i have finally made up my mind that i am selling my whole interior... all of my kevlar seat covers and 40th center console... after trying to convince myself that i wanted red seats instead of the venus backs so that i can retain my red-stitching but no :shakes head: i cant fight it lol.... i really want those bride seats and they only come in gray or white stitching apparently... I LOLed because i saved this one pic of a venus back which had red stitching and i was so happy..... when i sent that pic to both my contact in japan and ravspec on here.. they both told me it was a replica :bowrofl: how i wish i knew that before i sold my kevlar console cheap tryna get a red stitch oem console

also... i just ordered a top secret rear fog lamp.... ;) my other half bought it for my b-day.... im begging her to get me a titanium top secret tow hook as well but i think she wants to strangle me in my sleep already LMAO

simota1 09-20-2013 03:20 PM

Mr&Mrs 09-20-2013 07:42 PM

Why not just use a dye pen on the Brides to make the stiching red?

Agreed, not sure I'd want to modify a set of $3500+ seats either.
