ahhhh maybe my question wasn't as dumb as I thought. Thanks for the feedback I can't imagine the CS inserts having this so I better stay away from them. I can see all the pressure building up from the water and those little holes can't handle it and shooting my headlights out the front of my car!!!!

if it gets that filled there are secondary exit holes ;) BUT i highly doubt it dude i took a hose and a bucket of water and poured it the same time.... motor was dry

Looks awesome Jon! Love the quality of the finishing on the underside! Do you get much heat reduction with the rainguards in place still? How easy do they come out?

This. It looks like the rain guards severely impact the ability of those vents to let heat out, unless there's some substantial air gaps around the edges of the guards. Either way, it looks fantastic.

That's awesome, but I could never do it to my car knowing how bad I would lose my **** if I got a rock chip or door ding.

Mr&Mrs 07-09-2013 10:39 PM

Thats why you just do a wrap  I have been thinking of doing blue chrome on mine.

i picked up my DRL mounts that i had painted by the body shop... i mounted them on the z already  i think they look awesome... ill post pics when i finish wiring them up....

on another note i dont think ill be on the forum as much nor would i be modding my z for a while until probably early next year or at the earliest november of this year... ive decided to get a little bit more serious with my family business and buy a new truck for my company ill be signing the papers this coming week :( its a sacrifice that has to be made so i can help it grow.... it really started frustrating me that other people would be hesistant to hire us for a job because our work trucks look like they came outa junk yards LOL...

GaleForce 07-17-2013 04:15 PM

You still have the Craftsquare mirrors coming so the modding hasn't totally dried up yet.

:iagree: they are "cool" but I love MT it's so much fun..... maybe if I got to drive a gtr I would like it more :ugh2:

( Click to show/hide )
probably end up signing the papers and trading the Z :roflpuke2: I am addicted to boost and speed!

Dzel 07-19-2013 05:08 PM

The thing about the GTR IMO ifs that they have ssh many restrictions of you buy them new that void the warranty. If I ever have the chance too buy one it'll more likely be used.
