Yep, Tony doesn't mess around. Quality of quantity is definitely the way they work. He also swapped out some prototype bits to production stuff on the turbo kit as well.

You said it man. I could hardly sleep last night. My car will be the first GTX2867 E85 car. I am curious how they will perform compared to the 2860s at these lower boost levels.

TerribleONE 02-15-2015 10:19 AM

Heading to the dyno! :excited:

Time to update that signature! :yum: was this achieved by E85 + increasing boost + new tune?

Yes fast-500E fuel system, new injectors, and a little bit of Sebs magic. Car feels amazing. Have only gone to 10psi so far.

Same setup I've been talking to tony about! Was supposed to send it this month but the Widebody build and buying a new home pushed it back. Man I can't wait to send my baby to him. Congrats!!!

TerribleONE 02-16-2015 09:39 AM

Took the car to work today gonna try and go play around at lunch. See what she feels like at 13.5PSI on the street.

No, so I am very excited to be on E85 now. 3" to 2.5" downpipes with a non-res 2.5" CBE. Going to upgrade to a full 3" system in the next few months. Shouldn't ever have to clean my exhaust tips or clean tons of soot off the back of my car again.

Me either. 400 miles on the new exhaust and the tip are already sooty

Mine would turn black within about 50-100 miles but my car was definitely on the rich side. Not sure if that was because of the fueling issues I was having back then or what.

Jaredo13! 02-16-2015 01:05 PM

Let me know what your overall thought of the e85 set up is. Response power etc.. Stoked for u man

Could not be happier. The car is loving this fuel that's forsure. Feels better all across the board including out of boost. I would have gone E85 a while ago if we had it at more stations around here. I'm looking into buying a drum and electric pump so I don't have to drive 50 miles round trip just to get gas.

carlitos_370z 02-17-2015 06:38 AM

Your results are quite fantastic, congratulations!
I noticed that you have stock internals, with way over 500 RWHP since last year, and now with 638 RWHP, how is your engine holding together that well?
It's anything special that you do to keep it together?
Again congratulations for such an outstanding numbers!

Hotrodz 02-17-2015 08:34 PM

Outstanding my friend...I can't tell if the difference I is attributed to the new fuel system as well as the car seem to break the wheels a lot more since my upgrade as well. Looking forward seeing you and your beast again in a couple of months. And the Clifford will be there too, how sweet is that!!!! :happydance:

Thanks man. Havent done anything at all besides switching to Motul oil when I did the fuel system. I am careful and dont stomp on it when its really warm out and try not to load it up to much. (low RPM 5-6th gear pulls) FI builds one hell of a kit and Seb can tune his *** off.

Nice pics man...and yes I got the Fast-500 fuel system. I will probably do E85 once ecutech gets their act together and hopefully delivers on flex fuel!
