Nope. Nissan doesn't make one for it. This one is off Ebay, but the manufacturer is here in Grand Prairie. He made 6 by hand. Pretty cool guy.

Still a work in progress. .

Masterbeatty 01-04-2014 05:08 PM

Looks good! I need to do something like that for my remote button. I would spray the rest f the part so it is the same color/ shine to blend in better.

RoadsterST 01-04-2014 05:29 PM

Little green light of completion
http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/05/vadune4e.jpg

I agree on painting the center but honestly I forgot I left that part installed under the tape.

Its not professional looking by no means but it's convenient and out of the way. I plan on finding someone that does plastic work to pretty it up later down the road.

nice progress so far

Art pipes arrived. Install took 1.5hrs. Right side cross member tab did not align with the pipes, had to run a unibit to open it up a little. Overall great quality, awesome welds. Sound? Well from the inside all you hear is rasp, but from the outside it sounds good. Not much different than stock, just a little throatier.. I'll link to the before and after vids later.

I think the factory sounded better, especially inside the car.. I'll keep them till I get the rest of the exhaust completed..

Feel any gain different? I heard that u have to get a tune isnt it?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

RoadsterST 02-28-2014 08:05 PM

According to Tony at Motordyne a tune is not necessary, but wouldn't hurt. Definite seat of the pants improvement, worth 500., eeh...

Finished my UpRev tuning. Impressive difference and the 5 on the fly tunes are awesome... Just have to make sure not to put it in Valet again at a red light... 2500rpm and max 50 mph makes it hard to leave a light fast..lol

Interesting. So what's the relation between the YAW sensor and VDC? Turning VDC off does not turn off the YAW sensor?

No its two completely separate control devices. Even with VDC off, the computer still controls throttle, brake and fuel if it thinks you've lost control.

nice looking roadster

so what does VDC actually do then? I thought I understood this all previously and you threw a wrench in to the mix!

RoadsterST 05-04-2014 06:57 AM

Basically vdc controls wheel spin and YAW controls side to side, like in a drift
