So, forgive my ignorance, but how does that drive work? It's obviously a public road, but is it shutdown for the event-goers only to have a fun drive in? Or do you still face oncoming traffic?

We face oncoming traffic.

There are no driveways or intersections on the road. It's just an 11 mile pass with 318 turns and lots of people out to tame it.

Nice to [briefly] meet you. I ran into you and the crew at the FVR gas station on Monday (or Tuesday?). It's all one big blur now. What an insanely good time ZDayZ is! I'm staring out my office window daydreaming about it now.. Countdown to 2014 has begun!

Your Z looks great, btw. Every time I passed you on hellbender or the dragon I was thinking "damn, those LEDs and that color look amazing". I'm trying to source a 2013 bumper now!

Nice to meet you too, man. Hopefully next year we'll actually be able to link up and chill.

Yours looks (and sounds :yum: ) great too!

Sounds like a plan. We'll be there for the full week

I'm pretty sure my exhaust interrupted mating season for the wildlife surrounding FVR/Deal's Gap :icon17:

I was messing, and if it really isn't a first, that the Mustang handles better AND is faster, AND is cheaper, why come back?

Feel free to PM me if you don't want to turn your return into any other thread

My Stillen front plate mount arrived yesterday. Nice little unit. Overpriced, but if it stops me from getting pulled over for no front plate I'll take it.

Congrats on your new toy!

I have a couple questions about the spacers:

Can you give some more explanation on why you chose to go 20mm up front?

Did you go for the Bolt-On spacers or just the regular hub centric with studs ?

Mainly, because he wanted to copy me. :yum:

I wanted to do 20/25, but couldn't get the H&R's in 25 for the rear - went hub-centric w/stud replacements all around on mine.

I think the 20mm in the front fits perfectly and is nicely flush with the fender.

Though, he can probably give you some technical jargon that will make more sense than, "It looks pretty!" like I did. :icon17:

lemon-fresh 05-28-2013 11:30 AM

"Looks pretty" is a pretty good justification... ;)

I had 15mm up front on my '09 and it still looked a tad too tucked. I also didn't want to introduce any more stagger to the car than factory.

I used hub centric with studs. They are Z1 spacers.

lemon-fresh 05-28-2013 11:39 AM

Thanks for the input! 20mm front and back, here I come!

These ones?
CNC Aluminum Bolt-On Wheel Spacers (20mm, 25mm, & 30mm)

or

Hub Centric Wheel Spacers & Extended Studs

FuszNissan 05-28-2013 08:54 PM

I would always run hub centric
