I called JRP Tuesday and they said any minute it should be in..... Nothing yet:shakes head:
Im calling them again after work today. I better have the wing and front by Friday or I'll freak out:excited: 6 weeks now I've been waiting!! My side skirts will probably be here before the other stuff!!!

Update:
I called the Supplier and said both wing and front lip will be.in tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed:ugh2:
Side skirts unknown as of right now....im thinking next Friday or the week after??

ok got a hold of Ken from Shine Auto Project, he said they're almost done and should be good to go for Monday, which takes an average of 7 days or so shipped from California to my front door.....im gonna say 1.5 weeks:tup:

So, no go for the cruise?

If i receive the wing and front tomorrow, it will be on my Z Saturday, cruising with the club Monday:driving:

I called to see if my aero parts were in.....
They told me "the truck delivering the parts got a flat tire and will be a da delayed. so they "should" be in tomorrow:roflpuke2::roflpuke2::roflpuke2:

The store manager called me and said the parts wont be In now until Tuesday:barf:
on the better side, they gave me an additional $100 off:ugh2:

The issue with removing the stock wing, once u remove the 4 bolts, is that not only is it held.down by some pretty intense double sided tape but it also has 7 huge clips!!!

Thanks! Luckily for me, my bodyman/custom car shop guy lives next door to me. :) Now that you shown me this I won't take the old one off without him. He's been a Z fan for years and kind of informally specializes in them. I'm hoping he'll have a trick up his sleeve to get this off in one piece. He's already got a trick for the headlights I haven't seen before to open them up with an infra-red light. Hopefully he has one for the spoiler! :)

Its possible to remove the stock spoiler intact, but very very difficult.

Don't forget, depending on which wing go with.... U will have 2-4 holes that will need to be filled. That's only the front. There will be 5 additional holes on top, but most wings cover this. I still recommend filling them to prevent water entering the hatch....

That's a lot of holes! Car looks great!

The funny things is that with all 9 pre- holes, not one out of 4 bolts on the new wing lined up with the old ones:roflpuke2:

Today i took my newly carbon fibered Z to the dealership for the season end oil change and maintenance.... Time wasn't that long of a wait. I hear my car being started, so i get up, thinking she's ready.... Im waiting, waiting and waiting.... Now i know it was my car cause of the district exhaust notes. I then see 2 mechanics going into the manager's office... The manager then calls me in. Im thinking, Oh oh.. Did They find something wrong??:icon14:
No!! They ripped my new front carbon lip off cause one of the mechanics forgot to slide out one of the anchors it sits on, the bolts caught the lip while in reverse and shattered the carbon in 3 pieces:barf::bs::facepalm::barf::bs::mad:
