found out today my Nismo S-Tune CF front end has a delay of 2-3 more weeks:shakes head:
This is one thing I hate about buying parts:icon14:
I don't think my car will be ready 100% before the snow gets here:excited:

Tell me about it sucking! 3 weeks for front, 3 month for sides and probably 2-4 weeks for the wing......
Its still not as bad as waiting for Fast Intentions exhaust system lol. That was 13 weeks:icon14: The sides im not that worried cause i still have mine. I already sold the SR front lip so she looks very naked right now:icon23:

That is a Satin black. The shop that did the wheels did them too.

Well if u like/have/want carbon fiber on your Z....CF mufflers is a must from Fast Intention
Also u need to realize, if u watched my clips, i also have FI HFC NR. That will give a huge difference on exhaust note/sound.....

I only received the front nose finisher & license plate relocate. Once i get the CF lip i will install on the car. Should have the lip and wing, both from siebon, by Friday:tup:

Looks like I'll be going back to stock, colour match or satin black with the CF pillars. For some reason they look great at night, u can see them perfect...... During the sunny day.....the final clear i guess is so shiny that u can't see through it lol. Its simply a really shiny black with hard to see dots:shakes head:

Hey! Where do you get your paint work done?

Is it possible you polished out the clearcoat too soon after you painted it. M aybe it didn' cure completely and caused a cloudiness in the clear that gets magnified by the sun???

That is possible.... Its clear as glass at night and cloudy days. In the sun it looks like jet piano black, u can barely, if any, see the carbon fiber....

I couldn't take looking at it for more than 3 min lol.

maybe try to wet sand it down again. Throw another coat of clear on. Then let it bake in the hot sun or under a heat lamp for a day before you polish on it.

Need front mud guards painted, got side blades but they fit with mud guards otherwise they'll be too short.

And maybe front lip.

Me personally, if its anything to do with the front bumper or mud flaps.... I would get Nissan to colour match.....they do it 100% right, no bull warranty and will never chip. Price wise??? They r probably the same cost of a good painter, if not cheaper & 99.9% colour match.
I know I'll probably get some negative post for saying this, but its my personal experience with front bumpers......
