I was going to get some Stradias until I sat in one at SEMA... I'm too big for them :ugh2: My wife is tiny and she felt they were too tight for her. :icon14: I'm not sure what to do for seats now.

Just got home from Motor4toys. The show was awesome and the car was even better. I will upload some video in a minute. Mounted the gopro on the front bumper and man do those BOVs and GTX's sound great :drool: My GF is getting annoyed because I keep listening to it over and over again.

Thank you I appreciate it! As far as the seats, they are tight but not as bad I was expecting. The biggest issue is getting out, if it is a daily driver I would not recommend them, and would go with something that is easier to get in and out of for those quick trips.

What steps did you do to address your FP dip up top(or plan to take)? Me personally, Im going with CJMs stage 2 return kit....coming soon, if more is needed, then twin pumps+starve fix(road race)kit.

Thank you! The car is definitely begging for more boost but still pulling very strong! I will have the car back on the dyno in a few weeks and Dan is confident he knows how to fix the issue without going to a return type fuel system. I will definitely keep everyone posted on that. So far though i have not had any fuel pressure issues, its just not holding steady at the top of the powerband. The AFRs do stay in check though.

Thanks brotha! The tires are surprisingly good. The power is usable even in 2nd gear. I am sure at 10PSI it will be a different story though.

Yeah at 10 psi you should have trouble hooking in 3rd gear lol.

I can also attest to the seats comfort level, I'm the same size as him at 6'2" 198lbs with a 34" waist and they gripped me well. Getting out was a bit of a chore though. I personally wouldn't mind it #becauseracecar, but a lot of people wouldn't enjoy it.

Going to place an order for the Robispec harness bar and Takata Drift series harnesses. Also will finalize what color I am going to do the brakes. The TE37s are just begging for some more stopping power behind them!

The car is still running very strong, no issues with leaks or anything like that but it seems I have the infamous oil cooler whine, so I am gonna drop by F.I and we are gonna throw it on the lift and nut and bolt everything. Here is a couple issues I have with the car not related to any of the work F.I did!

1, I have an extremely annoying rattle in the hatch from the exhaust note, everytime I actually try to go back there and pinpoint it, it stops :confused:

2. I want more boost, it is seriously addicting.

3. Everyone stares at my Z which tends to make them want to run into me. I have avoided way more accidents then I should have at this point. :ughdance:

EDIT: I also appear to have the oil cooler whine that everyone was talking about as you can hear in the video. I cannot hear this inside the car as other people have described though.. :confused:

I would say the rattle is most likely within the spare tire area. Have you actually climbed back there while someone else was driving(image in my head...cracking up)

Its not so annoying during some canyon runs and such but I dont like it when driving in the city.

I was getting off the gas way early! Trust me. Lol didnt notice any fade and didnt push it going downhill. I am sure that would of been a different story.

Hoping to swap out my map and license place lights later today for some Hyper white bulbs. Hopefully get around to getting my kellyfield hood damper kit done as well. My wax came in for the wrap yesterday. Going to try and find the time today or tomorrow to try it out! Hope it works as well as its supposed to as it cost 80$ for the smallest container ever.

Very nice. I run 2 JLs in my truck and am extremely happy with the sound. After driving that thing I cant go back to the bose system in the Z.

Just a little update, put another 130 miles on the car this weekend. Everything is solid, no leaks or any other weird issues. Out of boost the car drives just like a normal 370Z, even just getting out of vacuum @ 0.0PSI the car has a lot more torque. Passing cars is effortless and you no longer need to drop down a gear! I had my gopro mounted on the rear bumper as I was hitting some canyons so I could post some exhaust vids for you guys but unfortunately it fell off (suction cup doesnt stick to the wrap very well) and somehow the file got corrupted so I lost all of the great video I had before it. The GOPRO survided at least though!

Specialty Z 6 puck clutch: I love this thing, it grabs amazing and is less on/off than other 6 puck clutches I have personally driven. It does chatter when trying to slip it into parking spaces or backing in my garage but it does not bother me. I would recommend this to even the NA track guys and any FI build.

Michilen PSS's: AMAZING tire. Tons of grip and still look more or less new with over 1k of boosted miles and mostly hard driving including the canyons in Malibu, tail of the dragon, Zdayz airstrip event. I would also recommend these to anyone.

Stereo equipment is ordered, P3 sub, JL 500 watt amp, and an old pioneer HU I have laying around should be going in this weekend.
