The EX8's have to be returned. Or, I can sell them at the same deal that I paid.

If there is anyone that is interested in a WP Pro BBK, I have a personal discount code that I can pass on.

It looks good as is. If you change to the color that stands out, it might take attention away from your "unicorn" top secret strut bar!

If anything, I'd do something about the Edit: engine coolant reservoir. It's too stock looking :rofl2:

Back to the intake/BOV change up. Leave the intake piping the same. If you could get a good painter/artist to mimic that burn into blue on the titanium bar on the BOVs that would be SICK!

I have some ideas if you think you have an air brush artist that can accomplish it;)

jpritche 06-26-2015 03:54 PM

Another thought (not telling you what to do with your car, because its already amazing) would be to see if there would be any issues with grinding down the welds leading into the throttle bodies so that it looks like one continuous pipe and then change the color to whatever you choose.

P.S.- It looks great as is so don't think I am trying to take anything away from it.

370Ztune 06-26-2015 05:56 PM

Glad to see the car is back with it's rightful owner and looking great!!

:iagree: That would be ideal.

I was also thinking burnt titanium intake pipes with blue BOV's. It might be too much burnt titanium, and I would have to find some one to make them...

It's hard to believe its here. I just spent all day cleaning it and touching up a few things to get it ready for a charity rally drive/show tomorrow. It's an all day event with mostly exotic cars. It will be interesting to see how the GaleForce 370z stacks up against them.

We're expecting rain tomorrow so most of them will probably stay home, or drive their dailies. I'll snap a bunch of pics and post them up.

Rains every weekend here. Only drive the G twice since the beginning of May.

20x10 et 25 front with 275/30/20

20x10.5 et 22 rear with 305/25/20

The rears should have been 11"... there is more to the story.

On a positive note, the Toyo T1 Sports seem to have better traction than my PSS, though that could be due my new alignment/corner balancing.

What's the point of having a nice toy if you can't use it? We built this to be functional not just pretty to look at. lol

darkphantom 06-30-2015 11:38 AM

Not any video in specific but thought maybe you had a few of the car, like a cinematic trailer or something for it :P just a couple of the exhaust startup, drive bys etc...

GaleForce 07-03-2015 08:36 AM

Really, now that is about as perfect of an engine bay you can get on a Z. The coolant reservoir is the perfect addition to a smokin hot build my friend.

LAVA 07-03-2015 09:09 AM

Between you and Luciano13's build threads I'm seeing mucho denaros.

Do you Canadians print you own money? if so please send a few stacks my way.

Thank you Bob :tiphat:

It still needs something... I still have plans for the PS reservoir and I will be modifying the coolant reservoir, possibly doing something new with the intake piping and BOV's too. All of that will be this winters project, right now its time to enjoy the car. :driving:

I'll take any money... plus since Canadians have such a great reputation for being so nice I figured because I asked they're pretty much obligated to send me monies now :woot:

Yesterday we went to a car show. I was entered in the Infiniti/Nissan class, but at the very last minute a judge came over to me to let me know I was going to be placed in the "Elite" class because I would, his words, destroy the Infiniti/Nissan class.

Elite class was the best of the best........

First place Elite class,

I was second place Elite class,

This was third place Elite class,

For the reference, this was first place Infiniti/Nissan,

BFG, I have a Mishitmoto power steering reservoir that's been sitting in my garage for several years now. It needs a mounting bracket fabricated and possibly a hose reconfiguration to install in the Z. Since the PS reservoir appears to be the last visible OEM reservoir in your engine bay and I figure you are handy enough to do such things, maybe you can use this one :)

carlitos_370z 07-06-2015 08:57 AM

I have plans to relocate (hide) the OEM PS reservoir. But that won't be until I take the car off the road. I am very interested in your offer if my plan doesn't work out. :tiphat:
