I have 80,000 miles on my car. It was time to swap out the Diff Bushings. I used Whiteline Kit. Doing DIY, found some stuff that i have not read on other DIY's figured it could help some one out.

Done
Took awhile.. http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...made-easy.html Made a press tool. Did it with stuff i had laying around. Literally took 5 min to get bushing in and 10 to get diff bolted up. Axles and drive shaft took a little longer. Bad back, crawling in and out from under the car sucks a$$. http://www.the370z.com/members/nut_n...204-074632.jpg |

Sexy Rims, offset sucks
255X20's Front 305X20's Rear Not Happy with the offset's. :ugh2: 20inch x 9.0 Front Rims with 20 offset, I had to add 15mm spacer to clear calipers. I hate them sticking out with a passion. Suck's Rear's are 20 X 11.0 with 25 offset, I have 5mm spacer coming which should get them tucked in good enough. The last picture I attached is what I wanted to get, I'll have to re-order fronts to get it correct. http://www.the370z.com/members/nut_n...-resized-1.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/nut_n...26-resized.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/nut_n...42-resized.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/nut_n...57-resized.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/nut_n...-resized-1.jpg This is what I want, rims tucked in, i think this is a nice clean and functional look. I don't know anything about offsets, the site i ordered from had this image posted. I got owned :owned:!!!!! My fault!!! I figured folks selling them would know, guess not :icon14:.. VIVID is helping me get them right. I still like the look. http://www.the370z.com/members/nut_n...30834716-n.jpg |

Hi :D Thomas told me you're having trouble with your offset. Anyway, the last pic you posted is my Z. The fronts is actually +18 and i fitted a 20mm spacer to make it -2. I got the cambers set at -3.8ish to get it look tucked. Hope that helps ;)
:ninja3: Karl (owner of K3projekt) doesn't really know much bout 370Z's offset. I calculated them by my own before ordering it. |

Thank you, mine are 20mm offset i used 15mm to clear calipers, changing the camber is probably the key. What tires do you have on the rear. I'm waiting for my 5mm spacers, that should clearance the fender for the rear tires. I love you car, i have it as a screen saver :tiphat:. Not a stalker ... About to put my Zele Kit and Fenders on, I cant wait to get it all done and enjoy the car again.. Thanks for your input, very helpful.. |

No biggie my friend :) glad i could be of help. Anyway, my rear tires in that pic was 285/35 and front was 255/35. Do you have a camber kit installed already? Zele kit & fenders sounds awesome, i'm looking forward to it :D oh and thanks for the kind words :tiphat: |
