Ya, i have a few things to do. Been shopping around for paint shop. I have CF Zele kit and fenders that need painted. Will swap motor first.

Man the cars are addicting. I just caught myself drooling over the TT from FI. What a sexy kit.

Well motor swap and kit painted, ill be back at it again. Been doing 2 sets of lights for some local cars going to SEMA. I need to get them out of the garage so i can play. :tiphat:

See you soon.

I got 2 boxes today. Vented fender liner and the Complete SC Kit. So happy.
Wish i could do the single turbo on Sophie but Sosha will not make one. He is buried MT kits.

I would do VSR kit in a heartbeat if it wasn't for the shadiness. Javier sold his Red 370 and got an STI. Really nice car, paid a lot for it. Bobby sold him on a motor and turbo kit. Well he got his car back after 3 months which isn't that bad and drove the car for a week. Pop, the motor goes driving 45mph to his work.

Midnightblue just got his car back from Bobby, they made a video for him. The car looks amazing and sounds awesome with the single exhaust. Javier's car is still sitting there and shows up in the video. Been there since before Christmas. If people only new about the guy's that have had parts taken off there cars and substituted for something else while having work done.

I checked on Glockworks car 4 times while he got his kit installed. The car was covered in dirt with windows down. When he got it back it was cleaned and buffed out so they took care of him.

I'm torn, i just hope our Z people have a good experience and don't run into any problems with the kit. Only company with single turbo for 7AT version Z's.

COSMO seems to like them.

It's a cool kit, but the place and it's history isn't good.

I have 80,000 miles on my car. It was time to swap out the Diff Bushings. I used Whiteline Kit. Doing DIY, found some stuff that i have not read on other DIY's figured it could help some one out.

Still Stock LSD

Nut_N_Much 03-01-2015 02:33 PM

Done

Took awhile..

http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...made-easy.html

Made a press tool. Did it with stuff i had laying around. Literally took 5 min to get bushing in and 10 to get diff bolted up. Axles and drive shaft took a little longer. Bad back, crawling in and out from under the car sucks a$$.

Sexy Rims, offset sucks
255X20's Front
305X20's Rear

Not Happy with the offset's. :ugh2:
20inch x 9.0 Front Rims with 20 offset, I had to add 15mm spacer to clear calipers. I hate them sticking out with a passion. Suck's

Rear's are 20 X 11.0 with 25 offset, I have 5mm spacer coming which should get them tucked in good enough.

The last picture I attached is what I wanted to get, I'll have to re-order fronts to get it correct.

This is what I want, rims tucked in, i think this is a nice clean and functional look. I don't know anything about offsets, the site i ordered from had this image posted. I got owned :owned:!!!!! My fault!!! I figured folks selling them would know, guess not :icon14:..
VIVID is helping me get them right. I still like the look.

Hi :D Thomas told me you're having trouble with your offset. Anyway, the last pic you posted is my Z. The fronts is actually +18 and i fitted a 20mm spacer to make it -2. I got the cambers set at -3.8ish to get it look tucked. Hope that helps ;)

:ninja3:

Karl (owner of K3projekt) doesn't really know much bout 370Z's offset. I calculated them by my own before ordering it.

Dude,
Thank you, mine are 20mm offset i used 15mm to clear calipers, changing the camber is probably the key.

What tires do you have on the rear. I'm waiting for my 5mm spacers, that should clearance the fender for the rear tires. I love you car, i have it as a screen saver :tiphat:. Not a stalker ... About to put my Zele Kit and Fenders on, I cant wait to get it all done and enjoy the car again..

Thanks for your input, very helpful..

I'm a suspension noob, so what's the mod in the pick? I just ordered some whiteline front sways, so is there something I should do to them before I install?

Most sway bar bushings don't have grease fittings. I drilled a hole and tapped it out. Took a few grease fitting and installed them. I re-grease them about once a month. Keeps the bushings from going bad. Simple to do.
