|
Adam, that paint looks so mean. Good choice
PM on the way! |
:yum:
|
Looking good! good job Adam!
|
I have to say, I really like it!
What color is that? Flat gunmetal? really dig the raptor bumper too. All comes together very nicely with the various black and CF accents -- great job  |
:eek2: That bumper looks sick!!!
|
Looks good. I like matte finishes! Lol
|
Really looks amazing, great choices on parts and colors.
|
Thanks guys, I appreciate all of the positive feedback.
I am looking forward to painting the hood, right now it's the only thing that seems a little too flashy for me. I really like how the fenders turned out, with the signal delete, and the pics don't do justice to the CF accented Raptor (Fuji) front bumper. I've got an appointment Monday to matte clear-bra the front bumper/fenders/hood.:tiphat: |
Very sharp! Will look even better when you install the coils.
How do you like the FRP fenders? Fits like OEM? |
very cool Z Car man! I like your attention to detail.
|
Ive watched your posts and you done your research leading up to this and it shows. Im in love with that color! The car looks so mean, I was not a fan of the bumper at first but it looks pretty sweet with your additional mods.
I was doing docs color at the same time BTW =) Good job keep it up! |
Looking good!
|
looks great Adam #2, are the CF on the bumper a special order or did the person in the body shop do it for you?
i was gonna look into the fenders but i heard Carbon Signal discontinued them |

If you order the fenders I would suggest spending the extra on the CF if they are available. |
Looks kind of like the lambo reventon

I specifically chose a Porsche colour, so that I'd never encounter a Z with the same colour. Matte finish FTW! :happydance: |

Not sure the paint code, I was able to get he colour code from my GF's car and have them do a matte version of it for my car. |

Fenders are not discontinued, we stopped making them in the US but whoever interested we can make and send them to US.. We had a bad experience on time delivery with our partner and we decided to stop making it with them that's all :) .
I can't take my eyes off your car pics jjaden.. Lovely |

I should have it back early next week and will snap some good quality pics asap. On a side-note, I'm having a hell of a time trying to find a reasonably priced clear - bra installer. I've E-mailed 3 different shops for quotes and I keep getting ridiculous crap like this... 2009 Nissan 370Z Headlights - $60 Full Hood(Custom) - $495 Full Front Fenders(Custom) - $595 Front Bumper(Custom) - $485 A-Pillars - $60 Full Doors - $565 Rockers(Custom) - $295 Roof - $265 Full Rear Quarters - $535 Rear Bumper(Custom) - $495 Maybe it's just be but I find those prices absolute robbery.... |
you should ask for a package deal. Those prices arent to far off.

Ahhh well, maybe i'll just do the front of the car for now. |
i dont see a reason to clear bra the car unless you really have to. You might change later done the line.
|
Needs bigger tires bro
|
The prices for the clear bra look good to me for a good installer. It would be a little cheaper if you did not have aftermarket parts because they could use a computer program to cut everything out and save money on materials.
Now with that being said I would just do the high impact areas entire front bumper, headlights, 24 inches up the hood, 24 inches of the front fenders, A pillars, mirrors, 8-12 inches above the windshield, and rocker panels (if you want). Those are the areas I seen most effected by bugs on our car and had clear bra applied. So far so good, and on rare occasion I find spots up high on the hood but I just wipe it down with quick detail when I get home. Also for reference all above items minus the rocker panels cost me 850.00 USD from one of the areas most reputable installers. Which included a lifetime warranty if/when it starts to discolor. I have always felt clear bra is one of the best investments someone can make for their car(s). |
BUMP for pics of one unique and sexy azz Z!
|
Headed to page 1 now. Im guessing you updated your first post.
Edit: No new pics! You tricked me! |
Bump to an old thread, a pic of the car in my driveway, having to wash it every day until the new development is paved and sod is layed...:shakes head:
