Ok thanks everyone, I am convinced. The stripes will go.

Now here is the only dilemma: the car has a clear bra on the front and it looks like the previous owner had it cut to fit around the sticker on the hood. Would it look too terrible if I left the hood sticker on and just took off the rest?

If you wanna keep the clear bar, which is good to keep, then just overlay some other color stripes on the top of the ones you have now.

What other colors do you suggest? And is it true that if I keep the sticker on there too long it will screw up the clear coat?

Leave the hood stickers or all. I don't care for the decal below the mirrors. The rest is fine and I would have no problem with them on my car.

You could also remove them all and get a Carbon Fiber hood. There-fixeditforya
