Thanks guy, got the car registration done just before weekend will be getting the number plates in few days and then hopefully on the road for the first time. Cant wait to drive it, drove it briefly but the alignment was totally out and felt like driving a boat.

Some small pieces are there to install will finish all by weekend. Then PHASE I is over ;)

After driving some issues are coming up, like

1. Brakes not taking enough pressure
2. Some heat coming from from the gearbox opening
3. Clutch pedal needs a bit of alignment
4. Exhaust is too low might need working on gearbox mounting and move the exhaust up
5. Steering rod had some problem during alignment time running -1.7 camber on one end and -1.1 on other will be fixed soon

Coils, some trunk emblem, speedo GPS module and fuel sender are on order will be replaced next week. Apart from this car drives very nice suspension if a bit stiff i guess will loosen up after some driving.

u should be proud of your creations doc!

why you dont lower it little more in front? it will look better IMO!! except if the exhaust down pipe is holding you from lowering it more!!

Down pipe ishardly 3 inches above the ground. Its routed outside the gear mouting will be making a new mount with a loop for the pipe so hopefully can move the pipe 3-5 inches up. At the back also sway bar is blocking some space so exhaust is low.

Once all is done will slam the car as I used MR2 struts as they can let you lower more then the stock S30 struts with ground control coils
