I've been on the phone with the adjuster all day. It is already considered an "at fault" accident, and he's telling me it's most likely totaled. He had me get invoices for my custom wheels, oil cooler, and brakes to better estimate the car's value. I had full coverage on her.

Does "at fault" do anything?

It means that it was my fault. So my rates are going to increase regardless.
