Tbox's photo journal
The basics:
2009 Sport Touring w/nav 6spd Magnetic black with frost interior This space will be filled later with photos that are being done of the completed car. Until that time I thought I'd post some fun teaser pics I've been collecting. This is a team Rivals project car, owned by myself. We're some old school racers who have been doing JDM style in the Adirondacks since far before the F&F fever ever kicked in. We have cars that cover all aspects of racing, from road, autocross, drag and even rally. I was owner of a import performance shop to remain unnamed as we closed many years ago for personal reasons, however our team brings our skills and experience to each of our vehicles. My past cars have been featured in magazines such as modified mag, super street and sport compact car, and I've had cars features in a few sport compact DVDs as well. We're open to sponsorship on all of our vehicles but I'm specifically looking for some strong backers on this one in particular as we have large plans for it that all parties could benefit from. Anyhow. On to the the journal. ****EDIT***** NEW PHOTOS page 3-4 http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5305/...b23c1530_b.jpg |

Installed very easily. I love the removable exhaust hanger brackets on the Z, makes install much less difficult.

I give this install 1 Monkey Ballz on the scale of difficulty out of 5. Fred does not look amused with my JDM kewlness.

Hmmm what's next? Maybe these circular things with spokes. 315 wide? This can't be?

Toyo must run a narrow 315. I should look it up and post it.

Low quality side shot to get the idea. Wheels are Volk GT-C 20x9.5 and 20x10.5 18 offset on both. There's a slight poke on the front but no rubbing at stock height. Rear would be sunken a touch but the tires bring it flush. You'll see in future pics what I've decided to do to bring out a bit more stagger and even it more with the front's look.

That is Fred's garage. Fred drives this: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5014/...c5630811_b.jpg That's a built rally car :driving: |
Car looks great! I really like your color choice for both the interior and exterior. Wheels look sick as well! What's next?

This week is coilovers and rear spacers. I'll reveal the details when the photos are up :) I'm toying with some ideas of doing a majority of the exterior in carbon fiber. most people do this on white, and I think on the black it will be subtle at a distance and then jaw dropping up close. |
In for progress, like it so far hi five!
|
Need more pictures :D Looking good so far
