Nothing wrong as far as the Intake hoses themselves are concerned Zed. It is just that the material used by the hoses requires more preparation in order to be treated and painted. The hoses looked great in PW after first layer was applied but Frank noted that the paint would easily crack after a little so he is looking into a way to get around the cracking by further treating the hoses.

Ah, didn't catch you were painting them.

Correct, trying to get some contrast in the engine bay

5/17/2011 - After some negotiations, I managed to get my exhaust back from rarwz; b1ades joined us during the install. Installation was performed by Frank at Hills Garage. The finish look & performance are outstanding.

Post up that photo of Frank when he was dealing with the demon bolt. Also make a video

Awesome looking nismo birdman! I must ask how is the FI exhaust doing with your drop? My cans sit really low and I am at stock nismo height. This is the only thing holding me back from getting a drop

Here is that pic of Frank dealing with the demon bolt on rarwz's Z With the amount of force and weight he pulled had the bolt slipped he would have went rolling all over :icon18:

Weezy, thanks for the kind words. With the drop and the exhaust, I stand somewhere around 3.5" clearance. Driving around after install, I didn't have any issue over bumps and I cleared my driveway without any hitch
