Update: Headers are on the car and working great. I have only driven the car for 5 miles total. It's smoking a bit from the headers right now. Every time I start it the smoke is less. The headers were coated, then wrapped, then I did another light layer of sealant on the outside of the wrap. So I'm guessing one of the above is burning off. Probably the sealant I used. Probably wouldn't do that again if I had the chance.

The car sounds mean. It's louder but not by too much. I'm glad I have the 18 resignators. With free flowing FI CBE, the car would be pretty loud. There is definitely an audible hiss.

I should have pictures and videos up very soon. Spent last night helping Stephen install his ARK exhaust so it put me a little behind on my car. I was really impressed with the sound of the ARK exhaust. Stephen's car is coming together very nicely.

Thanks Ryan! I drove around a bit today. I'm real happy with the sound.

A couple of the installed pictures. After looking back through them I didn't have many pictures that were in focus. It was hard to get a good shot of headers. Next time the car is on stands I will get some underside pictures.

Here is the dyno chart without tune. Compares the graph for exhaust only to exhaust, intake, LTH. I'm a little lean in the lower RPM range but I'm way rich up top. Definitely need a tune.

those are some nice gains, tune should fix that AFR and if lucky some more gains

Was it causing rattling in your interior while driving? I have the Fast Intentions with 12" resonators. I have some rattling while driving.

No, mine was coming out of the driver side exhaust pipe. I traced it back to the mid-pipe.

I have had interior rattles with past cars. Do you have any custom interior mods like stereo, seats, etc? That's the first place I would check for rattles.
