Sweet! Hawk Performance HPS brake pads showed up today! Last piece of the puzzle will be getting my powdercoated and re-built calipers from Mike @ ThePowdercoater.com! Then I can get around to doing my brake upgrade project! Going to have to wait until after SEMA though.

ahh that looks sick!. i thought you meant you were going with the red disk at the bottom. i didn't realize you could get the circle on top in red (or another color besides black) how did you get that? it looks amazing with the GTR button. btw, is the knob shorter or taller than stock or does the throw feel pretty much the same from a height perspective?

You can order a "color pack" from them that includes a bunch of different color washers including red. As far as the height, its about the same as stock, but I like it because you can grip it differently. Just a wierd personal preference, but I like grabbing the shaft rather than the head... :wtf2: :supergay: ...but seriously I can't think of any way to explain it that doesn't sound ghey so might as well go all the way with it.

was something wrong with your calipers? Since mike is rebuilding them? What color did you go with?
