My SSR SP3s came in today and they are so bad ***. They kinda make me want to keep my car, but I know that feeling would pass as soon as the initial excitement of the new wheels wore off. So they are up for sale already instead...

Anyway i could put a reserve on the oil cooler.. pm me your asking price.!

vipor 05-14-2010 07:49 PM

What color are your Mishimoto Hoses?

The Hawk pads are closer to street pads right? I'd love the Carbotechs for my next HPDE, but I'm not sure if I want to either swap and seat the pads or get another set of rotors for them :\

Nope, not doing pre-sales or dibs or anything like that, sorry.

The Mishimoto hoses are black. As for the Hawk pads, they are best for autocross or beginner/novice track driving with a stock or mildly modded Z. They are too loud for daily driving. The Carbotechs are full race pads. for expert/advanced track driving with heavily modded 370Zs. I used my stock rotors with the stock pads, Hawk pads when I had them on the car, and the Carbotechs when I switched to them. As long as you bed them properly running the same rotors between pads should be fine.
