I don't want to be that guy, but you might have better luck waiting a couple years before you open that can of worms. What you've already got is a very quick car for a first car. A boosted Z is seriously fast, and the penalty for fuckups is a lot higher. It doesn't take much for it to throw you off the road backwards.

I'm not saying "don't do it". I'm saying "don't do it yet". Keep up the track experience and just get a lot more miles driven under your belt before you go thinking about making the car keep up with sportbikes.

Also, your future parts list does not include a new CSC. Just expect it and have the funds set aside for the day you get in the car and the clutch won't come off the floor.

appreciate the advice, I'm definitely going to go to the track at least a few more times NA. Something tells me I'll realize that I don't need power after those track days :)

Yeah, these cars can become a handful at high power levels. I drove mine daily for a long time, and there would still be the occasional "code brown" moment.

Nice!

Is laguna is scary as they say it is on the corkscrew?

I missed out on a buttonwillow wet track day by a weekend. Would have been fun trying to drive the Z in the wet... until 1 wheel peel.

It's fine when you get used to it, mostly because of the fact that it's a blind turn and you kinda have to guess where you should point the car at. I bottomed out there in my first session :P. Also did not dare to turn TC off

Awe man thats the best part though. Leaving every corner on throttle counter steering just a little bit. Definitely would either given you "code brown" or a giant smirk on your face. :bowrofl:

I think I might have.. except as soon as we came out of the pits this happened

so I think i got a little scared being my first time at a wet track and first time at laguna
