Unfortunately, the Aimgain and Nismo bumpers are similar, but have slightly different lines. I purchased Wiggins' Aimgain canards to mount on my Nismo bumper and they weren't even close to fitting. I'll be having a bodyshop take care of getting them on.

Plus the lower lip on the Aimgain bumper looks better than the gigantic snowplow that is the pre '15 Nismo bumper. But thats just one guy's two cents.

Gigantic snow plow... It looks almost the same... 😂

the night was a success, the lines for the rear are lined up and ready to be cut on both sides, I will be cutting 18-20 mm down from the body line in the rear quarter panelhttp://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...ps8szfqth9.jpghttp://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...ps5fezxnka.jpghttp://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...psd3q69qpi.jpg

Where the rear bumper attaches to the body i will be cutting around it to attempt to keep it as an attachment point

edzilla123 05-08-2016 12:00 PM

Did a little project i have been procrastination for a while now. dual oil catch cans. http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...ps6fmx7djk.jpg

For the DIY'ers out there the picture go in order of my cuts
Cut:1 i cut just bellow where the bumper meets the body to keep the mount for the bumper. as well the top most line was first cut do to the unknown as to where the body met the inner fender well
http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...psxvkgf3vb.jpg
Cut 2: i cut an inch or so down just so i can look behind the body to determine where the body met the well.
http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...pspaenak18.jpg
Cut 3: i determined the perfect line to follow to cut was the width of electrical tape that is where you will eventually need to cut the well at.
http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...pso79wzmox.jpg
Cut 4: not finished in the picture but right above the blue tape is where i will be cutting the well to finish the cutting.

So after contacting both bulletproof and aimgain about the front fitment issuse i have made no progress. they say all i need to do is go to a shop and have them doing it for you. they are stating that when making them they come out longer then they are supposed to. SO if you get the aimgain flares be prepared for this perfect fitment in front. not happy with this 2500 dollar "high quality" product. http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...ps4vagdxkx.jpghttp://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...psoxh1xpb1.jpg
