You want the Suzuka GT as they for taller drivers. I went to a dealer and did a test fitting. I really like them and you can buy different cushions to adjust you butt height up or down. I have the Evo II US and the fit is pretty good my shoulder bolster doesn't rest on the door but it is a close fit.

Most likely I will go for suzuka gt driver side and imola (standard or gt) for passenger. Also, I will save nearly 45 lbs without counting my muscle mass :bowrofl: |
And I think I forgot to post these videos, this was from my last trackday of the season, it was hot and humid.
and this was the last sprint event. |

lol, I need to do the same, I was 265 lbs, now 240 lbs, I am aiming for under 200lbs, but lifestyle here isn't making it an easy task.
my car weight was a little over 3500 lbs with nearly full tank and driver, I need to reach 3400 lbs to boost every other performance aspect :stirthepot: |

Wow great, you could reach my target, 3400 lbs with the added weight of boosting it, what a beast
My car current weight exactly 3522 lbs. seats should save 40 lbs at least Steering wheel, don't know how much Clutch/flywheel around 10 lbs maybe change whiteline swaybars with front Hotchkis (should be lighter holo vs solid) and remove front bumper beam. myself around 40 lbs, 60 lbs preferably 3400 lbs should be possible I don't want to reach the point where I remove all interior panels and dampening, as I still want to be able to drive it on streets whenever I like. |
Agreed!

The Z is back on the road, although, not in a perfect condition.
These the replacement I received from Z1, thanks to Russ for contacting SPL and getting one side parts for me. http://www.the370z.com/attachment.ph...1&d=1503956477 The car sucks with oem rays :roflpuke2: the gap in the fenders is unwatchable. http://www.the370z.com/attachment.ph...1&d=1503956477 I tamed down the alignment, it was around -2.3 front camber and -2.0 rear camber, I went down to -1.5 front and -1.2 rear. Stock toe and +6.8 caster, just to try its effect, I was at +6 before. I will cut the airbags and stitch the roof, the seat side isn't important any more and will DD it for a while, until I get the new clutch or the slave cylinder give up. |
No new updates to the car, I have been busy lately and lazy when I am free lol
Today went to install my RE71r on stock wheels to use with the opening of the season, I saw some crack in the side wall and canceled the plan. Not sure if getting half set is viable or getting complete R888R set, as difference in tread may make traction difference at each corner, as I think. So, first trackday will star my Charger SRT, and I will be either buying one front and one rear RE71R or buying a full set R888R with F265 R295. |

Finally got the car back on streets and mostly ready to hit the track again, minus front tires. Bought R888R to use this season, 265/30/19 fronts and 295/30/19 rears. The tires are a lot shorter than stock and didn't like it, but the car will not see much street miles.
I did few touches to the car, door handles, brake duct brackets, brake calipers, tow hook, not that big things but hope it give my car more clean look. |
Went to test new external mic setup and it went well
but felt a vibration under braking, I will check front swaybar and endlinks and all suspension components again after changing the front tires. |
Trying my new microphone setup and checking the car, no hot lapping, and couldn't trust the brakes because my fronts were old PSS (and overheat easily) and the alignment is way off, I replaced the fronts with R888R (the same as rear tires) and got a new alignment last Sunday (trying -2.2 front, -2.0 rear with stock toe and +6 caster). I will test the car again this weekend.

From my last trip to the track, it was a time attack event, where I got a little lucky with all the problems I faced, finished second, but I have the following problems:
- Brake pedal feel was off, it wasn't the tires, looks like there maybe air in brake lines. - vibration under hard braking, also thought the tire change will solve it, I will go back to stock rotors and see if it goes. - Clutch fluid getting hot, or maybe csc, so slipping when I try to shift fast. - Also, diff issues, because it feels like slipping clutch when I exit a turn and go to full throttle, was very noticeable in qualification where we got longer sessions. So, this means more money to spend :bowrofl: and this is my final run, classification where off and I was against a C63s and M3 in final, the M3 was on slicks and didn't know why they didn't change its class to higher one. |
nice run bro!
