Yep! You can't reinvent the wheel if it's already perfect 👍 All I can do is paint it a different color 😂

The Z is mobile again and me thinks I need wider wheels....again 😫
It won't let me post the video but an azz shot will have to do :icon23:

Everything was welded up, seamed up and bed liner all sprayed in the wells to look factory. Now just waiting for the side skirt to take shape and we can prime this hoe.

Zbrah 05-27-2016 02:18 AM

Saweet! You're going to love the look of the Nismo sides. It gives the car more depth to match wider fenders. Sorry I missed it but what is your plan for the front end?

We have the varis carbon fiber hood, varis arising 2 fenders which are already 15mm wider, then we cut varis carbon fiber ducts into the front of the fujimura rocket dancer front bumper and fiberglass flowed the wider front fenders to match the Fuji front perfectly. One of the reasons I widened the rear is I didn't like that he front was wider and more aggressive and the rear looked blah. Hopefully this fixes that

Here is a slight side shot showing the front of the car and the work that has been done. We where mocking up the side skirts today and came up with a nice way to make it a little more agressive while keeping the factory lines of the nismo skirt. Looking forward to gettin that next stage done. Debating on pulling the motor out completely and doing a much needed wire tuck and allow us to spray the candy in the bay properly. Problem is trusting some one to pull my motor and plug it all back in correctly, scares the crap out of me for so little bit of bay that does show. So we will see

[It's a caddy...:icon17:...]

That's IT ... You FOUND it ...::eek::.... That's THE CAR :-)

Almost looks like my very 1st ever Vee'hickle : a '55 Chevy - hand painted with a wallpaper paste brush and held together with duct tape and motor sludge.
It would start up once a day so I got good at finding down hills to park it on.
After it did start it would commence to fumigate the area of mosquitos.
I would then be able to leave unnoticed under the cover of a bluish gray smoke screen.

Quite James Bond-ish

tturbo370z 07-24-2016 03:18 PM

It's almost ready

I saw the car in person for the first time the other day and wanted to share a pic or two of it. Just a few cell pics. It still needs to be cut , buffed etc but even out of the booth it looks nice and wet and very sparkly. I wish pictures could show you what I see. It's a little more outrageous and over the top than the spray outs we did but being its a fresh new color and unique I'm growing to really like it. The stretch is 6" in the rear and we used the nismo side skirts to flow into them. So here she is
