EVO-R foglight any issues in Maryland with police?

I had mine in MD for a long time. On with headlights and blinking on braking. Never had any issues, and I'm not sure why you would? A device that

Never had any issues, and I'm not sure why you would? A device that aids in being visually acquired as stopping? I'd find that a hard case to penalize... lol

If its blinking after your stopped and not moving then i find it distracting. It could also trigger convulsions in some people
