EVO-R foglight any issues in Maryland with police?

Thanks I installed it yesterday left blinking function on when breaking. Well test it out I have Texas plates so I probably won't get to much trouble if any

It's not a constant blinking I initially thought it was constant. You press the brakes and there is a quick pulse blink then about a 1 second pause and another quick pulse then solid. If you press the brakes quickly and let off quickly it won't blink the first blink happens about half a second after you press the brakes. The blinking is just 2 blinks and only if you hold the brakes
