So since I'm going to show up early on Saturday to secure the picnic spot, any chance I could talk someone into bringing a big jack (something sturdier than what I have in my trunk) and a breaker bar? I want to see why these things don't fit:

http://www.the370z.com/mazoc/76409-j...-buy-them.html

It doesn't make any sense to me at all that they wouldn't fit due to my wheels since these fit onto the rotor hats...right? I'm wondering if the shop tried to put them on over the spacers which is why they didn't fit.

Are they the correct bolt pattern? 5x114.3 / 66.1mm bore?

All - we have postponed the BBQ. The new date is September 14th.

______________________

Here are the details for the official 2013 MAZOC BBQ. It will take place on September 14th.

Here I will keep a list of who is coming and what they are bringing. I think if everyone can volunteer to bring something, it will benefit the group greatly and not put too much of a burden on any one person.

Re-confirmed names are in bold

1. Shahid - Chicken wings
2. Steve & Dana - Sriracha Burgers
3. Dee
4. Chris S.
5. Greg & Laura - plates, utensils, mustard, ketchup, tomatoes, case of water, grill utensils, charcoal
6. Chris C.
7. Ron - Soda
8. Jon and Pat - Awnings for shade
9. Aniceh - Salmon fillets
10. Chris W. & Courtney - Some kind of dessert
11. Jay - Side dishes
12. Randy - Napkins/Towels
13. Frank
14. Mark
15. LunaZ
16 Rob - Pie

Stuff we still need:
-Chips

We are still missing a lot of confirmations. Hopefully we will get some more responses soon.

b1adesofcha0s 09-11-2013 10:57 PM

Yeah I gotta do that. I will do it when I'm on my computer later.

H2O_Doc 09-12-2013 07:41 AM

I'm teaching a class in Maine and the weather might keep me here an extra day, which would affect our attending.

Ironically enough, the class is on climate change.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 08:22 AM

With Ron and Khoi both out, we really need someone to bring drinks (water, soda, etc.). If you would like to bring them, please let me know.

aniceh 09-12-2013 11:14 AM

Looks like Chris and I are out for this. :(

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 11:46 AM

m4a1mustang 09-13-2013 08:08 AM

How many people are going. Need to know how much ground meat to get. Found a highly rated halal place near my haus.

m4a1mustang 09-13-2013 08:15 AM

nvm. checked from page.

eastwest2300 09-13-2013 08:44 AM

tomorrow, the weather's suppose to be 70 degrees, how nice will that be.

dmhenderson 09-13-2013 08:46 AM

70 degrees here but it'll be high of 64 in thurmont. It's up in the mountains near frederick IIRC.

eastwest2300 09-13-2013 08:57 AM

ahhhh. a little brisk then.

ZCarMan 09-13-2013 09:15 AM

Pat and I are a 50-50 for tomorrow. I have two papers due end of day tomorrow. Hoping I can get them completed but I'm not rushing through it. Priorities.

b1adesofcha0s 09-13-2013 09:30 AM

Looks like we'll be expecting 9-11 people depending on Jon and Pat. Would anyone mind bringing napkins/paper towels? The only thing left that we still need.

Can I get an idea of who will be showing up at 8 AM? I am planning on being there and I know Mark is too.

Cristobal09 09-13-2013 10:18 AM

Ill be leaving my house around 730-8, should be there by 9-930.

Roadster4Us 09-13-2013 10:55 AM

Hey Guys, really sorry but we are going to have to bail also. Hate to do this as we were really looking forward to this.

My apologies!!!

b1adesofcha0s 09-13-2013 11:31 AM

I'm going to make an executive decision here and say that the bbq is cancelled for tomorrow. We can try to find a new date that works for everyone or just wait till next year.

It's because I can't make it, isn't it? The biologist was the real draw.

You know how hard it is when so many people live vicariously through you???

m4a1mustang 09-13-2013 11:51 AM

Well I guess this saves me about $100 in gas and meat.

Cristobal09 09-13-2013 11:54 AM

Yeah this saves me about 10 bucks in chips. :|

H2O_Doc 09-13-2013 12:02 PM

Bring stuff to Fairfax and let me show you how to grill on your motor.

b1adesofcha0s 09-13-2013 12:40 PM

I already spent the money for the wings, but I can just make them for the family instead.

eastwest2300 09-13-2013 12:52 PM

cancelled?!?!

eastwest2300 09-13-2013 12:53 PM

I was actually gonna show up and surprise you blades.. oh well, too bad.

dmhenderson 09-13-2013 01:48 PM

Bummer :/

takjak2 09-13-2013 03:58 PM

takjak2 09-13-2013 03:59 PM
