I take that route up to Carlisle every year and I always see someone pulled over near Camp David. The funniest was a Ford Lightning that kept trying to race that got nailed doing at least 100

They make some pretty good iPhone apps that are good at timing acceleration runs and lap times. TrackAddict is a good one for the track and maybe "GForce" for acceleration runs. I'm going by memory, as I can't access iTunes from work.
