I agree completely. I'm pretty sure that there wasn't a lot of empirical data that went into this one. The problem is that if we limit ourselves to fact-based posting, there are many fewer opportunities to make our presence known.

I think it's a graph USA Today would be proud of.

Maybe Fox News as well. But USA Today might want a little more infographic action going on.

I'm sooo glad I got this kit. I read and re-read the oil cooler threads and was almost unable to make a decision (which is really a decision not to buy in effect). I got tired of being a mobile fry-daddy, so I took the plunge and now oil temps are no longer an issue. No more nagging worries about having to back off the throttle because of oil temps.

Then there is this:

Plenum and HFCs are waiting for install. Area Z shops are a bit backed-up, but soon I'll be able to pass the neighbor's '70 L48 quicker than a 7 layer burrito.

Excellent stuff bro..

= )

Hey look! someone selling oil coolers! :icon17:

I do like that chart better as it leaves the mileage out. I've never had a car engine die on me, the rest of the car always dies long before the engine goes. However, this is the first sports car I've owned so maybe I will kill the engine sooner than the rest of the car.

Actually, according to this chart, my car's engine is dead already. I consistently run at 220 and have 55k miles on my car.
