I guess every one was busy. http://www.runemasterstudios.com/gra...mages/sigh.gif

No worries! :icon17:

Amir, who recently got his 370Z showed up.
We talked shop for a little while and got out of there around 11:30.

Unfortunately I found something that the dealer f'd up on his new Z. http://www.runemasterstudios.com/gra...mages/cry2.gif
I felt a little bad finding it.
At least it was found early on!
I'll let Amir share the details on the issue if he wants.

Nice meeting you Amir! :hello:
Hope things go well with the dealer!

The stupid dealer "knew" whats going on, but thought the owner would miss it. Which it looks like thats what happened, good luck Amir.

As VABAM mentioned the dealer used the wrong size screws to put on my license plate and now I have 2 small holes on my front bumper :shakes head:, now I just cant stop thinking about it.
Im going to the dealer tomorrow to talk to them about it. Hope they are cooperative and not give me a hard time.
But it was nice meeting you VABAM.

I'll get a photo tomorrow, but same thing happened to me and I used a suggestion I got here for using body panel plastic rivet thingies to plug the holes that looks quite natural. It really looks fine. Of course, I got the dealer to cough up a backup camera-rear view mirror combo to make me whole, which went along way to making me good with rivet thingies.

Almost every dealer has done this, since the 370 came out.

It wasn't the rivet holes he was talking about. The bolts the dealer used to attach the license plate to the mount are way too long. So now there are 2 gouges painted part of the bumper. If you look closely you can see the gap between the the upper part of the mount and the bumper due to the license plate screws pushing into the painted part.

Me too, but my dealer went further in destroying my bumper.

Had to file a claim with Nissan North America to get it fixed.
Dealer claimed that this was how Nissan North America told them to do it. :shakes head:
In the end Nissan replaced the bumped.
