What is that mounted to? Ive been looking for a decent bracket to mount a fire extinguisher into my car, but I think it's going to wait until I get a harness bar at least.

*EDIT*
Scratch that, I see it's mounted to the OEM bar (the luggage hider was covering it). Regardless, what method was used?

Rob,

I used large hose clamps and protected the bar by cutting an all rubber (no fabric outer layer) flat bungee cord to fit around the bar. I'm attaching an interior picture.

That actually looks really good.

Thanks,

It has also stayed in place while driving on the track and the Dragon without any need to adjust it. Works great. Hope I never need it!

It did for TrackDaze last year at Summit Main. Haven't tried it yet at VIR. You can shake the heck out of it and it does not budge. They jostled the car a bit when they shook it and did not say anything about it.

Good to have in the car and easy to manipulate from the drivers seat, even if the seat belt is stuck, unlike the passenger floor mount that is popular with some cars. Next time we are in the same place, feel free to take a look.

Do they make those clamp thingies in keg sizes?

I have an idea.

I lied, I'm out for this Saturday. There's a special bjj seminar at my mma school at 11 am on Saturday and I will be attending that instead.
