Just reserve some spots for MAZOC, that's what I did the last time we went together.

Roger that.. It sucks they only do it once a year.

Dude, the weather couldnt have been any better, the breeze was icing on the cake.

Man what is going on with that car in the first pic? :rofl2:

A new fad for Hondas. I've seen some weird **** bolted to the tops of the cars, up to (and including), "lowered" shopping carts in place of a roof rack.

It's actually done on purpose, using an acid.

Sometimes, they'll rust specific body parts (usually the hood/roof/trunk) completely, stop the process, and cover it in a protective clearcoat to preserve the look.

Think of it like the new version of rat-rodding.

Wouldnt be too hard, if it's here again. There was plenty of space in the lot I got to, to grab parking spots near each other and pitch a tent.

I meant reserving space for the club with the CPT organizers. You let them know how many spots you want to reserve and they put out a map showing you where your reserved spots are. You just need to pre-pay for these spots when you do them, which isn't really that big of a deal.

m4a1mustang 04-25-2015 08:47 AM

EmilZ 04-25-2015 09:03 AM

I'm telling you. We have to switch meeting place to the shop.

ZCarMan 04-25-2015 10:47 AM

Sadly Pat and I will not be attending today's meet. Have lots of things to take care of prior to ZDayZ. Hope those who made it have a good meet though!

I'm reviving this thread for anyone who's interested. I've been cruising on my own lately and decided to share the roads I've found. Post up any good roads/routes you know.

I was cruising. Nice day up North. :driving:

jpkirk 04-26-2015 02:52 PM

My nephew lives out in Keyser WV. Route 50 from Winchester VA to 220 N and Keyser is a good road. 220 from Keyser up to Cumberland is good as well. It is mostly VA though so spirited driving might have associated problems. 50 gets twisty out there though. I had fun when I wasn't behind the geriatric types.

Guess I need to post this in the other thread.

So I posted that drive to Keyser WV in the great-driving-roads-maryland as a link up to your deep creek lake drive. Keyser WV is about 5 miles from from your route. It's only half Maryland though.

eastwest2300 04-27-2015 08:45 AM

twisties :yum:

GM_Traitor3.5 04-27-2015 08:48 AM

Saw that, thanks! If you don't mind could you create a Google Maps link for it? Otherwise, I might do it later and send you the link so you can update your post. The Deep Creek route I posted is also has a good chunk in WV.

jpkirk 04-27-2015 12:32 PM

I will do that. Actually have it as a Fredrick, MD to Keyser, WV back to Fedrick loop at home. I'll post that tonight.

Either way is fine. Just easier to get an idea of what road(s) you're talking about when you have them on the map. Thanks

The sun, NOT the moon at 2:42PM today (not until 3:02PM, 20 minutes from now), nor Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune. However, Mercury, Venus, perhaps Uranus, and Mars are up.
