Fuuuu bad news. Manager got back to me today. The earliest we can get a guaranteed table for 18 is 9:30 PM. So if we arrive earlier we'll have to hang out either outside or at the bar, first-come first-serve.

I'm going to give him a call again tomorrow to see if anything opens up but for now let's plan on drinks/appetizers and eating late.

Will update the OP with more info.

I'm sure if we show up at 7 we will be able to find a table before 9:30. I ate my food outside last time, so that's always an option too.

The thing is there are no tables outside of the group room. He's got a 25 person party and another large party taking the whole room starting at 7, so our only option for eating earlier would be outside. Which very may well work, we'll see.

We always seem to hang out outside before getting a table anyways.

Yeah as long as the weather is nice, I don't see a problem with eating outside. Would be a better idea than possibly waiting there for almost 3 hrs to eat.
