Nice. Well I suppose it should if you don't screw anything up while converting, but honestly I see no need to even bother.

Check out my new nightstand.

yeah i agree that there is no point but my brother has always tossed around the idea of doing it to his m&p15 but never has. According to him it is a very simple and quick process to make an ar15 full auto, now will it be reliable & safe? that I have no idea.

I like how it has a tag on it that has all the people who signed off on specific tests the gunwent through before leaving DD

also on a tag on the gun it says it has a full auto carrier, I know full auto is not legal but I am assuming if SHTF and i converted to full auto the gun would operate fine?

Good stuff here.

Hell yeah they are, I gave the thought of buying a surefire light about 3 seconds, and said hell no, way too expensive for a light. No thanks, I'll pass.

It's a scabbard. It can be slung over the shoulder, or attached to the back of a MOLLE vest.

Good stuff, Bill. Nice pistol and I really like the 870 Express Tactical for the upgraded sights and built in rail.

Just don't do what I did and get carried away making it tacticool. It's probably more functional just the way you have yours compared to mine:

https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-N...s800/870_2.jpg

Looks cool, but that extra crap makes it a little clumbsy and takes away from the idea of the Express, which is to be simple to use and effective. I do like the KNOXX pistol grip stock I have for it a lot, but I am going to remove the add-on rail, cheapo sightmark red-dot, and the higher cheekpiece on the stock and return to the original front post sight. This way it will be much quicker to put into action and probably more effective.

Looking at mine I don't think I went too overboard... just added a few unnecessary items. I've seen some crazy stuff on the shotgun forums.

I havent done anything to my Remington 870 Synthetic, I would like to get some better sights put on it though.

m4a1mustang 01-01-2012 03:05 PM

The front post is actually really good all the way out to 25 yards, which is the farthest I've tried it. You really aren't going to be shooting your shotgun beyond that distance anyways.

You're right about that... i guess I dont need any sights than.

Yep. About 90% of it will fit; just think of it as a quick access case :icon17:

25? I'm thinking more like 10-15.
And I agree; simpler is better on this one. This has the ghost sites, and for the range and etc I think they are just fine.

PS - Steve
Just noticed the new avatar - nice photoshop!!

If need be you can reach out and hit a target with a slug at a pretty decent range with the 18" barrel.

Finally got my AR fixed (gas tube was blocked with loctite LOL) so new gas tube.

Also had the Rail replaced, as I like the Midwest Industries 12" better than the Yankee Hill 10" that I had on there.

Also replaced the vertical grip with the Magpul (AFG2) Angled foregrip.

Got hold of a couple of HK 30 round mags :)

I went shooting for the first time in a long time, I finally got to shoot my new Glock 26, and my Glock 27, I must say the Federal Govt has really made me an avid marksman, I was very surprised with my shot group. My lady was impressed as well.

Palmetto State Armory usually has good pricing and $12 flat rate shipping. I also buy from SGAmmo sometimes.
