When I called 2A Sales today, they refused to accept my order. I inquired ask to why, and he said: "Because websites like those are there specifically to put people like me out of business." Well, sorry, sir - Best Buy: Meet Amazon.com? I said, "Wow, uhm...don't I feel like an a-hole now...sorry man..." He quickly responded with, "Yup! Good luck!" *click* Was NOT pleased with that. |

BTW, that FFL dealer lists 2A Sales. 2A simply refuses to deal with online gun clearing house websites. |

I tend to work with people that do transfers for a living or pawn shops. Much less hassle than going through a gun store, and you don't catch any flack when you go to pick it up. |

Honestly, I feel less sympathy now that I think about it, because these other places make cash off of selling other things, like a generic sportsman shop or whatever. Not just a 100% dedicated gun shop. Their income source is so specific, it's like opening a Brick and Mortar store selling only televisions and TV accessories, in a world where you can find great deals online if you have a good eye. So why should I feel bad for them? Of course, the answer is that I don't. |
