so playing basketball for 2+ hours on back to back days, wasn't my best idea. my knees feel horrible now. no activity for a few days till my knees feel

so playing basketball for 2+ hours on back to back days, wasn't my best idea. my knees feel horrible now. no activity for a few days till my knees feel better
meetings pretty much the whole day today, but at least no school today  happy thursday, wish it was friday
