I just read an article about how cops in North America are getting tricky busting people texting and driving. NY spent all this money (million or so) on lifted SUVs

I just read an article about how cops in North America are getting tricky busting people texting and driving. NY spent all this money (million or so) on lifted SUVs to catch people as well as use spotters on over passes, ComSonics in VA is working on a tool like a radar gun that can detect if someone is texting and my favorite was the one about the Hobo Cops in Canada who dress as Hobos to see if people are texting.
