atleast they are in the mail! too bad the exhaust wont get on until next year... but intakes will be slapped on for a few weeks of induction noises.... it's like christmas!

*does an anti-snow and obnoxiously cold temps voodoo dance ritual*

yah, just be careful with the clamp torque because its difficult to tell tightness when you install clamps over the hoses in the frikken cold... come summer time it could loosen

kenchan 10-06-2014 10:18 AM

one of the reasons why i dont do mods in the winter.... things get brittle! :eekdance:

unless you have a heated garage. :D

heated garage introduces all sorts of other issues.. :ugh:

as far as my Z is concerned, i dont want this car to be some luxury car... the Z was a barebone basic economy sports car back in the days. i want to keep the theme. this is why im going with the minimalist setup on this car... and she drives real nice. :D

Yea probably won't be until end of week/saturday but it's all good! I rather the shop take their time... the guy also said he'd touch up the inner door trim that had a few chips and some scruff on the side as well for free. Great workmanship, work ethic, and does not cut corners.

That's what your G is... kinda like a refined Z... ish.. .kinda... lol to be fair I went and added some luxury to it to refine the sound system and reduce some of the road noises but I do love how raw it feels when you drive. How you feel every little dip and jive. The dirt kicking up behind you, the rain dinging your body, the air being all aero...

I didn't buy a z for a quiet/smooth ride... i would have got a lexus =P

my G35C? naw, not refined at all for 2014. she is my dress up car. :D she drives nice though, more traditional car feel which i like. newer cars feel more and more numb.

ill get me the new is350 when im ready for AT. until then, im just going to drive around my G.

my dad got the 2014 is350 awd and f-package. I love the HUD and the LCD tacho and such... great gizmos and stuff but i can't afford that. It has a sports and sports+ mode... sports+ is fun but it's definitely a lot tamer. The bucket seats are nice though!

but the b-star of a father I have managed to get dirt cheap financing... my first year interest is more than his 4 years combined.

that's good, ive been looking at the f-sport trim myself. but i just cant get past the AT yet... i will probably get an abarth first before slowly migrating to AT cars. :icon17:

i would just buy the car cash unless they have 0% financing or something.
