I like to have days in the bucket, just in case the unforeseen happens... you never know.

With my schedule I rarely have to take vacation days. I usually cash 80 hours out around july/august otherwise I would lose them. If I take 3 days off on my short week I end up with 12 days off in a row.

I use to take every friday off in the summer just to use the days until they allowed the sell back.

I have 40 hours of rebuilding personal time, plus 3 weeks vacation and im in out side sales so if i need time i just take it.
