You can also place the bottle of paint in a container of very hot water
as the chemistry - thinner facet - will then take place............... A metal thin
paper clip can also be used as well..................

cigarclifford 09-08-2014 03:07 PM

a thin metal paper clip will not wick the paint itself as much as a tooth pick will..

kenchan 09-08-2014 03:10 PM

i have more toothpicks than paper clips.

kenchan 09-08-2014 03:10 PM

kenchan you should use a thin screw driver...

kenchan 09-08-2014 03:10 PM

kenchan you should just buy a new bottle of paint...

i agree...

the paint i have is no longer available. probably has something to do with voc? so i want to revive it to use the last of the paint. i have a whole jar of thinner made by the manufacturer, so makes sense to thin it. :D

The paint will have no problem in thinning out as the chemistry of the
added paint thinner will do the trick.........

no worries.

csc? not sure it seems to be a hit or miss. G35C's also had issues with people's csc leaking...my G's 35k miles, 10yrs old, no issue. i changed the clutch fluid though. not sure if it improves longitivity or not.
