I have no opinions either way on soy-based stuff. I eat tofu regularly. I know how to make tofu in large volumes (3,000 pounds at a time). I eat actual soybeans as well. I am afraid the preceding statements have exhausted my soybean knowledge.

One of my clients makes a huge amount of tofu each day. It is all for internal use in other products they produce. Like many other manufactured products, we are better off just buying and consuming it while remaining ignorant as to how it is actually made and what it smells like during production.

The soy based breakfast sausages taste very good.....

The scent of a five day old yogurt might seem like this smell...

Chobani is one of our clients also. In the New York plant, the aroma is not-so-pleasing.

I have had pork-based sausages many times and I can testify that they are delicious.
