So, that is not me in that photo although all of my sunglasses are RayBan. Today I was wearing tortoise shell Clubmasters. Yesterday was a Caravan kind of day.

I am a big believer in classic style and hey, I go with what works.

I'sm still waiting for the smitten women. At least my wife digs me. :icon17:

Hello everyone. :hello:

It's the lost child gurney back for a bit. Been very busy at work, and don't really get a chance to post much for the time being.

Attended the inaugural meeting of the new Houston Z Club yesterday. We had brunch, and the turnout was fantastic.

Unfortunately it was raining, so I took the new daily, my MINI Cooper S Countryman. I have to admit that I love this little car. It's a nice compliment to the Z. I'm seriously thinking of trading both it and the Z in for a MINI Cooper hardtop (the "real" MINI) in a few years.

Since I took the new car in the rain yesterday, it got the full treatment today - clay, sealer, glaze and wax. It needed a good cleaning since it gets parked on the street. It is so hot and humid down here, that I bet I lost ten pounds working in the garage today. :ugh2:

Hope everyone enjoys the day. gurney out! :tiphat:

Safeway super market today..A nice older sweet mother type was giving
free samples of sausage...Apple flavor, Spicy Hot, Turkey, and many others
maybe 12 selections of smoke sausages.. They all had this little tooth pick
stuck in the middle... I asked the sweet little lady can I please have a sample.
Holy crap not nice at all. The little lady barked that the limit is 2 got it.........
Well I smiled and thought for a minute...Gezz I will try 1 Hot Sausage and
1 Apple flavored sausage...She did not say a word or ask me was the sausage
good..Not nice at all...I was about to move on when she asked me this question...Young man I have to go freshen up can you watch my display
till I return...I smiled and said sure please take your time. Again no smile
and not even a thank you...Off the little old lady went..I wasted no time
and started to slam down as many sausages as I could fit...I was really
hungry and managed to finish off no **** 50 - 56 little sausages...I felt
a bit guilty and decided enough is enough.. Then out of no where two
young guys came bye to stop and stare.. They were 14 or 15 at most...
I smiled and said dig in boys and off I went...............
