You hit 50 and the body changes. 15 lb., gain in 6 months, 32 to 34 waist real quick. The wife thought that was real funny.
It's easier to keep out, than it is to get off. No cake or doughnuts, which I loved. I refuse to be fat, or appear out of shape. But these damn love handles are a curse! You have to really watch what you eat, and how much.
