wtf do you do man? There's no way you work out, you don't have the time from what I can tell. You eat these meals all the time, your drinking makes fish feel embarrassed, but you're not fat. What gives?

It's easier to keep out, than it is to get off. No cake or doughnuts, which I loved. I refuse to be fat, or appear out of shape. But these damn love handles are a curse! You have to really watch what you eat, and how much.

And BTW, that was a fantastic looking meal bro, and I am sure it tasted just as good as it looked

truth be told...

i do physical fitness training every morning from 0630 to 0730...

i burn anywhere from 300 to 500 calories in that one hour depending on how i feel ofcourse...

another secret is the many years spent in Iraq...no alcohol and the food is nowhere near the quality it is under this roof...

but hey dont tell anyone

500 calories will make a big difference as well, and allow you to still enjoy some excesses
