now relaxing in my music room with music playing in the background plus diet pepsi on the rocks in hand. :p

kenchan 05-20-2014 06:03 PM

btw i decided to just get the prima hydro gallon again. :D dont have time to be trial and error'ing right now with the meguiar's stuff. i know prima is like 3x the price but i know it works.

the bird crap from this am that was baked on my dd literally cracked and slid off the Hydro coating like teflon when i cleaned it off 15min ago. :D

kenchan 05-20-2014 06:05 PM

dont got time to be waxing all f-king day?
no problem, just use Prima Hydro...wipe as you dry after a wash. :D use it over glass, plastics, paint. will not whiten.
3wks of protection. it's a polymer spray sealant.

i sound like a commercial. :p

kenchan 05-20-2014 06:06 PM

which reminds me... i should hydro my wheels later in the week. :D

Yes although I think she just likes twisting knobs and randomly changing the settings.

We buy Kenmore appliances -- our parents taught us that I suppose.

Recommendations for anything more durable? Can you turn that into 3 months of protection?

I have used a couple of Meguiar's Paste Waxes with good results, but they don't last much longer than 3-4 weeks on my DD Z it seems. The Adam's Buttery Wax looks so good but it lasts 2 weeks at best. I don't get the chance to wax monthly and average a full detail probably 4-6 times per year.

Really what I want is a durable wax that is still looking good 4-6 weeks later when I finally find the time to wash it. Another 4-6 weeks until it needs replacement would be nice, too.
