i started realizing being a work acholic in my line of work is a big waste of my life. i work for a major corp so it's not like i make the biggest decisions at the top. i can do very well at my senior level, but the company can still f-k me if they start selling or watnot. 
middle class wins when you spend time wisely with family and stuff you like to do on your free time, i think.
